This is baby number three for me and I had no morning sickness, spotting, cramping or really any issues first trimester with either of my boys.  I am always on the verge of feeling like I am gonna hurl, and have had very light spotting 3 times.  Only pink once then light brown  twice.  Only after straining and now I have diarrhea.  My first appointment for confirmation is Friday as I will be 8 weeks on Saturday.  Should I go in sooner or just wait it out? I don't want to be neurotic this early in pregnancy.

You could call your doctor if you’re concerned. From my experience doctors/midwives and nurses are always happy to take calls about any and all concerns.
