Nausea/Vomitting/light spotting

Hi Y’all!! Second time mom here, last baby was born almost 9 years ago! I am 7 weeks 6 days and due on 2/21/21. With my first pregnancy, I also had severe morning (all day) sickness like I do with this one. So much to the point I’m barely eating anything all day. I’m worried this is going to affect baby as neither of us are getting nutrients we need but I can’t keep anything down, sometimes can’t even try to eat because I feel so sick. Is there something else I should be doing other than prenatals to make sure it’s getting what it needs? 

Also, I’m on day 3 of extremely light spotting. Not even close enough to get on my underwear but I can see it when I wipe. Since it’s so little and so light, is there anything to worry about? I did let my dr know so he is in the loop but has not responded to my email yet. Thanks for any advice! I used baby bump with my last lo, this is all I’ve got!
