Announcement Ideas for Grandparents?

TLDR: Looking for pregnancy announcement ideas for grandparents after infertility
This is our first pregnancy after 8 years of trying, 2 failed IUI, and waiting on my period to start first round of IVF when it never came and we found out we had a spontaneous, natural pregnancy. Talk about a surprise! We are still really nervous and can't believe this is real and therefore will be waiting until the 8 wk US to confirm a heartbeat, and then get to second trimester before telling our families. I am the oldest child on my side, but my younger brother is having their first baby (the first grandchild) in just a few weeks. My parents already received the "promoted to grandma/pa" gifts from my brother's pregnancy, so we can't really go that route. They also know of our infertility struggle and are not expecting news from us. As we are a military family, I was planning on "announcing" to my parents when they fly out to help us move to our next duty station, and do so by way of having them help us assemble the second bedroom furniture...only to find it is a crib. I'm sure that will be a hit and will be fun to watch them figure it out...but what can I give them afterwards that is an actual gift? Any fun slogans about second grandkids? Or the about the "first" child having a baby?
For my brother and his wife, we are probably going to get their baby an outfit saying "I may be little, but I'm gonna be a BIG cousin!" and have my parents give them the gift when they return home. Unfortunately, we cannot travel home to do so in person.
My husband's family is overseas and given this whole "announcement" thing isn't something they do in his country, it will likely be a Facetime call announcement. But, I was looking for maybe cute options for them as well that we can mail out. It will be the second grandchild for my husband's parents as well. His family knows nothing of our infertility struggles.

So, any ideas for fun announcement gifts to give to close family? Particularly to my parents who have been really saddened by our fertility struggle and want "their only daughter" to have kids?
