This is a safe place for more detailed support in mental health, struggles, and successes. Whereas general stress and issues are often discussed in other boards, this place is for a more focused discussion of the impact of mental health. Members are encouraged to use thoughtfulness and depth to examine feelings, barriers, and useful supports.

Re: Mental Health Check-in July
How are you feeling? Tired. Soooo tired.
Where are you in your mental health journey? (in treatment, looking for support, on meds, in counseling, having a rough day, etc.)
I recently started a new med for anxiety. I'm on a low dose but it does seem to be helping. Also got in touch with a counselor and plan to start appointments late this month.
I've been having issues with nausea and being exhausted but it looks like those may be related to the med. Trying to find a good time to take it and sleep through the worst of it.
In general I'm just looking to be aware of my feelings and needs, get a grip on something foreign, and more time feeling productive instead of being overwhelmed.
