Moms of 3+

I’m due with baby #4 in October and trying to wrap my head around how I’m going to juggle them all. Our plan was 3, I finish grad school (which I did), and then go back to work. Now with Covid, no one is hiring (medical social worker) and even if they were, I would really only be going back to work for August and September and then I’d be on maternity leave for the rest of the year. 

But how to you manage 4 kids? My oldest is 8, then 5 and almost 3. Some days I feel like I’m just surviving and I wish I could do more. Other days we do great and I feel accomplished. What do I do when baby arrives and I have to give everything to her for the first few months? I have a supportive husband, but he works a ton so I’ve always done nights with little to no help. I’m hoping my older two are back in school in the fall, but if not, it’s definitely going to be a huge disaster. 

Any thoughts? Ideas? Tips? Advice?
