DH got called in to work at 1:30 this morning for a rescue mission (he’s a truck driver and he had to go pick up a guy who ran out of hours and could drive anymore). He got home around 5:15 this morning. But because he was called in and already got home, he doesn’t have to go back in. He normally has Tuesday and Wednesday’s off so he’s basically getting a 3 day weekend. I have work meetings today and tomorrow. Otherwise it’s supposed to rain most of the week here so most likely stuck indoors. 👎🏼

I have a tele-interview this week for a teaching job. I'm curious about how that will really even work. Like should I make a Google Slides show of some pictures/documents that I would normally bring with me for an interview?

@emeraldduchess what program is being used to conduct the interview? Would it be easy to do a screen share for any pictures/documents you want to show? Or perhaps send them along to the interviewers ahead of time? Also GL!!!!

I'm trying to figure out if we should do anything for July 4th. We were originally planning to fly cross country to visit our families and take a week at my family's lake house but cancelled that since DH's parents are in their mid-70s, so high risk (not going to expose them to our plane germs) and it just felt like we should wait. I'm pretty bummed but also have had plenty of time to get used to the idea. But now I'm second guessing our plan of just being low-key at home. I might start looking at AirBnBs but I've heard they're pretty scarce, now. Mad at myself for being late to the game so will probably just save the money and stay home. We did go to Hawaii back in February so it's not like we're desperate for a trip.

@inthewoods23 it's on Google Meet, which I haven't used during remote-teaching but DH has. I know there's a screen share option which is why I am going to make a google slide presentation ahead of time. Nothing long, just a few pictures/examples of things I do in my classroom, sample schedule/lesson plan, etc. I want them to get a good idea of who I am as a teacher. I'm researching this particular school and the school district now so I can be prepared. I've helped conduct interviews in the past few years, so I know what questions they are likely to ask. You would be amazed at how many people come in and know almost nothing about the school or position they are interviewing for!

Can I do a WTF Wednesday a day early because I CAN'T CREATE NEW POSTS ON HERE!! WTF??? I was going to get the July signature ideas post up and rolling because we have a week but I can't (on mobile or desktop- I checked both) and start up a GTKY Tuesday thread. I've been checking throughout the night and the button to start a new post is straight up GONE.

@legallykate RIGHT?!?! I still can't post on any of my devices. I'm mad about it. Somewhat debating pulling out my husband's laptop (my former laptop with a failing hard drive) JUST to see but I doubt it'll make a difference.

@emeraldduchess Yes, apparently. Only a few people (looks like KeiKiLove, Bows, and runningoncookies) can make new threads. The rest of us are just sitting over here mad about it.

Can I ask a question about Proov? I ordered a set and used one last cycle to make sure I had O'd before I started progesterone, and I thought it was positive because it was only one line but that line was pretty light. Is it just positive or negative with one line versus two or does the color of the single line indicate the amount of progesterone like an OPK?

Seems that I can post from the app on my phone, but nowhere else. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll share a screenshot. I just didn’t feel comfortable starting threads yet since I’m new to this TTGP group of women.

Y'all been here for the last 2 days complaining about not being able to create new threads while I haven't been able to COMMENT AT ALL UNTIL NOW.

Wtf. I was logged in but nothing was shown as read, couldn't create threads, couldn't comment, COULDN'T EVEN LOVE TIT. Sigh!

Okay so it appears that -I- have posting abilities back on both the app and my desktop. Hopefully others have theirs back as well. In the mean time I posted a few threads 1) because I can and 2) in case TB glitches again and we lose that ability. HAPPY FRIDAY!
