WAYDTGKU: HIO with Conceive plus and menstrual cup, supplements, OPKs, temping, GF and DF diet

R/R: woohoo Friday! Today is finally the day we get rid of a bunch of stuff in our garage that is from the robotics team so I'm glad we're finally getting that put back at the school. We might end up spending the weekend doing a full garage clean out. Hoping today goes by quickly so we can get to the weekend!

CS/Q: got my first OPK in the evening. My temp shot up like a whole degree which freaked me out but DH did cuddle me because I was cold so I think I may have gotten a higher reading from that.. I typically snooze my alarm for 10 minutes so I took it again after the 2nd alarm. Got a much more reasonable bump. O has to be today - there's no way it would be within a few hours of that first positive!

    WAYDTGKU: FET on Sunday!

R/R: I don't know the last time I completely missed a weekday here on TTGP (besides the few days after my CP)! Yesterday was very challenging with work, and I've got another busy day today so I might be a bit scarce again.

I'm anxious and excited for Sunday in an equal mix these days, and I'm not really looking forward to the wait for beta. I will most likely be early testing again this time, but I know that even that doesn't mean much so I'm basically going to be in beta hell until either 6/24 or 6/26. I'll probably drop off of the dailies either way after next week, the anxiety is going to be intense.

In happier news, my hammock chair swing arrived yesterday, so I've got a lot of hammock time on the agenda for this weekend! :D I'm reading Lucy Foley's The Hunting Party, so will probably finish that today or tomorrow!

    CS/Q: Nope

  • @inthewoods23 yay for Friday and for clearing out space in your garage! I have a pile of school stuff that I'm slowly taking in and can't wait til it's all gone. Yay for O day!

    Month/Cycle: 14/12

    CD: 6

WAYDTGKU: all the things. Thinking about trying a gf/df diet but am not sure if I can commit. Limiting both though

R/R: Friday!!!! It is sunny and not so humid here today, looks like it will be a beautiful day. I got up early and went for a walk, and have a relatively easy day of work ahead. I have a list of phone calls to make that I've been putting off so I'm going to try to make one or two of those today. Nothing major, just dumb stuff that I shouldn't be putting off but I hate phone calls. Why can't I just schedule my cat's bloodwork online?

Weekend looks good- hoping to finish up an online class I'm taking and then start another. They're go at your own pace and I've been slacking so hoping to get one done.

    CS/Q: none

  • @mvt2003 so exciting!! I think I would have a hard time not testing early either. Yay for your hammock chair, hammock reading time sounds amazing! I'm hoping to finish up the unhoneymooners which has been pretty good. I need light right now and it is definitely that. Are you liking the hunting party? That looks like it's something I'd like.
  • @inthewoods23 Garage clean out sounds fun (at least to nerdy me lol). Hope you get some clarity on O tomorrow and can move over to TWW!

@mvt2003 Crossing everything for you this weekend! Yay for hammock time and hope the anxiety is too bad after the FET.

@_orchid_ Yay for a sunny and not too humid day, that sounds lovely. Hope you can knock the calls out quick and enjoy the day and weekend.

    Month/Cycle: 6/7

    CD: 2

WAYDTGKU: Did more blood testing this morning (I didn't want to deal with a long wait tomorrow and the nurse said CD2 instead of CD3 was fine) but then going au natural one more cycle before officially starting the IVF regimen on the next CD1.

R/R: AF finally conquered the progesterone yesterday afternoon. (***TW - TMI*** the blood is like super dark and clumpy so I feel like it had been waiting to burst through for a while ***end TW***). I had a rough day yesterday emotionally and spent way too much time looking at IVF statistics again, but now I am just back to well this is where we are and I may not love any of the choices but I am at least grateful to have them and moving forward beats standing still. And it's Friday woohoo! Going to hopefully talk DH into Indian delivery tonight.

    CS/Q: Nah

    *TTC History*

    Me: 37, MH: 38; Married August 2017

TTC #1 October 2017: BFP on 12/1/2017, DD born 7/24/2018 @ 37+1 after induction due to preeclampsia

TTC #2 January 2020: AMA, dx with DOR in May 2020

    IVF July 2020: 16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 12 fertilized, 3 blasts, 2 PGT-A normal

    FET 10/7/20: BFP on 10/12/20!!! (EDD 6/25/21); First beta 10/16/20 (9dpt): 148; Second beta 10/19/20 (12dpt): 621; Third beta 10/26/20 (19dpt): 4732; Fourth (and final!) beta 11/2/20 (26 dpt): 22,000+

  • @inthewoods23 Yay for getting some stuff cleaned out and yay for O!

@mtv2003 Thinking of you as your approach your FET!  It's totally understandable to drop off on the dailies and I have all the fingers crossed for you that this is the cycle for you to get your take home baby.

@_orchid_ I hate making phone calls too!  I usually make H call to order pizza or whatever.  It stresses me out.  Why can't everything be done online??

@legallykate sorry for CD2.  We are cycle buddies though, so there's a silver lining?  :)  hope you have a better day today.

    Month/Cycle: 6/5....I think?  I'm already losing count +3 years during round 1

    CD: 2

WAYDTGKU: doin' the fuzzy friction, peeing on things, temping (I need to think of a funny way to say temping)

R/R: Considering I had a 58 day cycle, my flow is pretty light.  Usually I have a pretty heavy flow (I mean, I was excited when I found Super+ tampons), so I'm worried that it's just taking it's time and it'll hit me when I'm not expecting it like tomorrow or later today.  Oh well, I'm enjoying having a normal flow for once in my life.

Nothing crazy planned for today or this weekend.  I'm hoping to finish up a couple books I'm reading, so if anyone has any suggestions send them my way!  Bonus points if they're included in Kindle Unlimited.

  • @linzrunz maybe that was the wonky cycle that resets everything to normal? would be nice eh? I can't remember if my cycle was lighter or much heavier after taking Provera. You'd think I remember when that was only back in January. If Super+ still doesn't quite do the job for you, there's always Ultra absorbency
