What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Last month I upped my NYResolution from moving my body 4 days a week to moving it 5 days a week. That’s my focus this week.
How's everything going? Going well, since I just got in a good walk, then run, then swim, for a total of a 60-minute workout. I love to start the week strong!
What has you motivated or struggling this week? Getting that workout done has me motivated for the week. Mentally, I’m struggling with doubts that getting & staying KU will ever happen, but exercise always helps boost my mood.
What's a "small win" you have from last week? I was very tired last week but pushed myself to get off the couch, & still squeezed in 4 short/mild walking workouts. Woke up this morning & had lost one more pound so that had me smiling. Just a couple more to go!
@keikilove way to go on getting walks in! I really should too just for the fresh air to get out of the house.
What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week? Still trying to maintain 2x/week yoga, GF and DF diet
How's everything going? I made myself get off my butt and do some yoga yesterday. It was a challenging one, the pace was a little too fast for me but I was about to keep up for the most part.
What has you motivated or struggling this week? Struggling to just add yoga to my daily routine. I'll figure it out eventually.
What's a "small win" you have from last week? mmm last week... not sure. I don't think I did any yoga last week but I still did good on the diet. Except I was so excited about buying frozen french fries and when I went to make half a bag I noticed the "contains wheat ingredients" note. Dammit. Stay out of my french fries you stupid wheat! Boy am I appreciative that this diet isn't due to an allergy or else I'd be in a world of hurt.

@inthewoods23 Good for you for getting that yoga in yesterday! It can be so challenging to make it stick, but good for you for sticking with it! Also, props for doing so well on the GF/DF diet. It isn’t easy—sorry about the surprise with the fries! I wouldn’t have expected that either.
AFM, I gave myself permission to be super lazy yesterday with exercise (so tired!) and today I’m feeling sick, so not sure whether I will get a walk in or not. I am happy to say I’ve been doing great with the GF/DF/no sugar diet. I can’t believe oat milk now tastes like regular milk! But I do miss cheese...
