I have had my ultrasound at 5W6D and a cyst of 4 cm had been identified. I am still waiting to get myself my OB/GYN first appt.

Is this something that i should be concerned about ?

Nope, don’t worry about it at all. A cyst can be up to 10 cm and be perfectly normal and fine.
