Small nipples; pumping

I have very small nipples that measure about 12mm. My first time around I had difficulty with supply but now I'm wondering if it was the size of the flange. Has anybody found a good solution?

  • With my first 2 kids, I had trouble pumping.  I bought extra small flanges and I have had better luck this time around.

Some LC’s can help measure and fit your flanges. Often they have multiple sizes you can try to see what works best before you go out and buy a bunch of different sizes. Having the right size flanges can definitely have an effect on your pump supply.
