My son started walking at 11 months started climbing up and down the couches maybe even started running a little bit but he gets hurt a lot he stumbles falls and bumps his head a lot I feel like it’s my fault if I would keep my eyes and full attention on him 100% of the time It wouldn’t be happening. How do I get over this?

This is a normal part of child development. They stumble and fall and trip and bang their head on the underside of the table and hit themselves in the head with a toy and everything else. Helicoptering will not help, and children need to learn how to play independently.
You are raising an active young man. This is par for the course. You are doing fine. A bad mom wouldn't care. Keep loving and nurturing him and he'll be fine.
I got rid of our coffee table for a few months just so our daughter wouldn't hit her head on it while she was learning to balance, but once she started walking we'll I put it back. They've gotta learn someday. You are doing a great job mama, like the comment above me said, a bad mom wouldn't care so much.
