Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.

Rant/rave? I don’t feel passionately enough to rant about it, but I would really love for my local ikea to open back up—even just the warehouse portion. I am ready to turn my boy’s room into my boys’ room, and I have a dresser picked out but don’t want to pay an extra $50 for shipping. On the other hand, Sherwin-Williams is being amazing right now! They will let you order paint cards from their website, 10 at a time, but no limit on the total number. I think I ended up with about 35 total... then I called my local store for some sample jars and picked them up curbside this morning. I couldn’t find another paint company that would send me the sample cards for free, but maybe they’re out there.

GTKY: What's one place you want to go to, but have never been? ALL THE PLACES. My husband and I have a dream to do what I am calling a heritage trip—we’re both of European descent but each of us is “from” multiple countries. We’ll hit Ireland, the Netherlands, and Czech Republic for me, and England and Germany for him. I also want to see all 50 states and visit the Canadian Rockies. And visit every ballpark in Major League Baseball.

Rant/rave? Rant - I wish I was showing more! I feel like my belly is growing just sooo slowly. I know I’ll probably regret complaining about it in a few months.

Upcoming appointments? Anatomy scan yesterday. We did a sneak peak at 8 weeks which said girl and yesterday we finally got US confirmation. She also did 3D. It was so amazing we cried.
Rant/rave? Ugh COVID go away!! I’m ready to go back to a semi normal life. I’m on furlough for work and not returning til daycare reopens for my 5 yr old which is June 29. I kinda don’t even want to return to my insanely
stressful job though. But I do hate that we have nothing to do and weather hasn’t been the greatest in MA to just be outside playing. Better days ahead this week and next though!
Questions? Anyone experiencing absolutely ZERO sex drive?! I had the exact opposite problem with DS. I’m starting to really feel bad for my SO.

Upcoming appointments? Had Anatomy US last Wednesday. Confirmed gender. Considered high risk so next specialist appt is June 3
Rant/rave? Unlike every one, I do have a noticeable baby bump but I’ve lost 17 lbs. and it looks like I keep losing weight. Granted I still had 25 lbs from the last pregnancy that I considered “baby weight” so it’s not like I’m below my “‘normal” weight. My ob isn’t concerned yet, so we will see.
Questions? Has anyone gotten weekly progesterone shots? Getting my first round of weekly shots today and I’m so nervous.

Rant/rave? I'm extremely sad I most likely won't be seeing my family in Italy this summer. Flipping COVID!!! I'm so ready for it to go away but I'm starting to be sadly realistic that we're in it for the long haul unfortunately. Gah! Let me rave about my yard being done, one more week and we can go in the grass! Just in time for Memorial Day weekend
@baseballismyfavoriteseason OMG YES TO IKEA!!!I have one 6 minutes away from my house...why can't they do curbside pickup?? Whyyyyy??? We ordered patio furniture and also caved in for shipping. So flipping stupid. It made it ok because we spent about $1000. But still. Now I realized I also need a dresser so I'm gonna have to see if I can edit the order!

Rant/rave? I’m really ready for life to go back to some sort of normal. It’s hard being home with 3 kids, homeschooling, keeping the house clean, and having my husband on phone calls all day long.
