Silent or Impending Miscarriage ?

Hi, I am on 5W/2D. The home tests results were positive. I was having symptoms of bloating, breast tenderness, until 3 days back but my symptoms have disappeared and i am not experiencing anything since past 3 days. I was having a severe abdominal tightening today while peeing. Could this be a silent or impending miscarriage? I have had a past history of 2 chemical pregnancies and am just a bit concerned for this one. I am 35+ yrs old. Sorry but just freaking out a bit now. Thank you

The first trimester is really scary sometimes, especially after losses. Your symptoms could be normal but if you’re worried call your doctor and see what they say.

Thank you all for your responses !. Got my ultrasound done and they could detect heartbeat, albeit it's low. So still keeping fingers crossed.
