Progesterone level after FET

Hi All!

I had my frozen embryo transfer on Wednesday. It was a hatched embryo. I went to get my progesterone level checked today and it’s 45. I’ve been taking the progesterone suppositories in the morning and evening and then 1ml of PIO injection at night. I don’t know what my progesterone was before the transfer. Does anyone know if the level today is an indicator of anything promising?  The clinic did not change my medications right now. I go back for the first pregnancy test on Friday.

@leemartin This would be a good post for the IF thread, as many there have gone through FETs. You’re not supposed to ask, even in a roundabout way, if you could be pregnant. Also, not sure if you’ve intro’d in the Newbie thread? 

Personally, I do the same progesterone regimen as you after ovulation, and my progesterone level is always between 40-50 with supplementation. My specialist wants to see it between 40-60 in the early days, although regular REs/OBs will usually say a level of 20 is fine. Since you’re supplementing, I don’t think your level can be used as an accurate indicator. Best of luck, hope your FET was successful!
