I was able to do the same as @charhar0820 described, only the settings menu looks different on my Android...

Lurking from September @roo_baby can you tell me how you created a private group? I am trying to do it for september 2020 and I can't figure it out! support hasn't been any help either....
@ktholysz it took me forever to figure it out because TB says to email them to create a group but they don't respond to email. Then searched the depths of the internet and found this post from 2014. If you click on the first "here" it will take you to create your own group. If you have other PG questions, feel free to inbox me.
hi! I would love to join the private group if y’all are open to it. I introduced myself in the beginning and then just got too nervous / superstitious to keep participating...I am 25 weeks tomorrow. Expecting a little boy. Due August 25th. Have enjoyed lurking and learning...I also participating in the TTC thread for a bit during the couple of months my husband and I were trying. DH is 35 and I turn 35 in July. We work together on a tech start-up and live in Southern California. We’ve been married almost 5 years, together for 15. This is my first pregnancy. Excited for everyone!
Hey, guys! I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that the app/website are still absolutely useless for me. It takes five minutes or so to load a single page on my laptop, and the app doesn't load for me at all anymore. I was finally able to pull up the PG this afternoon and was going to drop this off there, but it looks like I no longer have access? I don't know if this is another Bump issue or if I just haven't participated enough to continue to be in the group, but I just wanted to let y'all know that I didn't bail. Is anyone else running into this? Missing my Bump ladies. I'll try to check back for responses if I can the site to work.
@lachnessmomster I'm having issues with the app to. I got a new phone last week so I've been able to lurk. It's very frustrating. Just know you're not alone in the frustration. Not sure if it would be ok for me to join the private group now that the app is cooperating.
There seems to be an update for the app! I was prompted to log out and log in. Also keep in mind, when you get to community you may have to log in Again, in order to get to the PG! ✌🏼
@lachnessmomster I'm having the same difficulties. I'm only able to access the private group about 25% of the time and over 15% of the time I can't access anything in the community. I don't think the update made it any better.
@wife-and-mommy Yeah, the update made it 100% worse. After about a week, the group finally started working for me, but only on my laptop. I can't access it on my phone at all.
@babytimeagain Sorry you're have having issues getting in! I've resent your invitation. It seems like you'll need to log into the desktop version to view the invitation in your inbox and accept it. LMK if you have issues still.

Everyone who requested to join the PG should have either received an invite or a message in their inbox. If you received an invite, you most likely need to be on a computer to accept it (or see screenshots several posts up about tricking your mobile browser to thinking you are on a computer).
We are closing the group to new members in a few days, which means any existing invites will be rescinded and no new invites will be issued. If you requested to join but have not received a message or an invite, you can PM me and I will do my best to help. If you don’t know how to access your inbox, scroll up to the top of this thread and it should say “inbox” in the top left if you are on your phone - click there. On a computer it’s usually a little mailbox icon on the top right.
To all the August bumpies- just wanted to say I wish you guys the very best. I disappeared from this board a couple of months ago because the Covid lockdown really screwed up my schedule. I really don't have much downtime at all between work and family. I am so happy you guys are moving forward to a PG and sad that I won't be a part of it. I hope you all have the healthiest and happiest last few months of pregnancy and I hope to run into you guys again.
