Rant- I forgot my nausea medicine on Friday and threw up 4 times before 11am. Why can’t this part be over? 

Rave- I’ve started feeling tiny little baby movements and it’s awesome 

GTKY: What are your talents?— I’m a pretty decent baker. Bread and pies are my favorite to make.

Rant: still dealing with some insomnia 
Rave: my bump is finally starting to show!

@profmcgonagall ugh, I’m so sorry you’re still so sick! But yea for movement!

@mckjacks insomnia is the worst. It’s like your body is preparing you for being up with a newborn but I’d just like to sleep now! Lol

Rant/Rave: I love my 6 year old but I don’t think I can be home with him for 5 more months before he goes back to school 😫 He always wants food and wants me to entertain him. You’re six dude, I think you can come up with your own activities. 

I’m feeling very few movements for my third pregnancy with a posterior placenta. Stubborn child

GTKY: What are your talents? I’m pretty good at wasting time.

Rant/Rave: Rant: I'm sick of being stuck at home! Rave: I convinced MH to do a kitchen "refresh" and I'm excited!

GTKY: What are your talents? Hmm. I am a decent seamstress (I've known how to sew since I was 4 and have my bachelor's in apparel design) and I'm a pretty good baker too. Also great at online shopping, lol.

@profmcgonagall sorry you still feel that sick, hopefully you will get some relief soon.

@mckjacks yay for bump! I have definitely noticed mine, but it's still too small for anyone else to really notice.

@themoonandme I also have a bachelor's in fashion design!! My grandmother's a quilter and owns a fabric shop so I grew up sewing with her.

Rant/Rave: this back and forth between 60 and 30 degree days is making me crazy!! I just want to spend some time outside. 

GTKY: What are your talents? Most anything creative/ art related. Although I have definitely lacked the discipline to really do much lately.

@ginevere I’m having twins so the last few weeks I’ve just been staring at my stomach wondering when the bump would come 😂 at 14 weeks I was still in my pre-pregnancy jeans. Now my pre-pregnancy leggings put so much pressure on my stomach that I get nauseous wearing them

@ginevere Ahh love it! Do you work in fashion? I did an internship with a design house in LA in college but decided that was a little toooo much for me ha. I still "use" my degree but definitely not in the design world.

@themoonandme same! Once I graduated I realized I had no interest in living in a big city so that really limited my options. I applied to a few jobs that were within an hour or so of my hometown in NH, but no luck. I definitely still use all the skills I learned in school so it wasn't a total waste haha.

@mckjacks I put on a pair of sweatpants today and they felt tight! I was pretty pumped. Because I've just been holed up inside lately I have mostly been wearing my husband's t-shirts and PJ pants. Whenever I pop on one of my "outside the house"outfits I get so excited because I can totally see the bump now! I have read that especially for FTM it can sometimes feel like the bump just pops up over night out of nowhere.

Week of Pregnancy: 16 weeks

Upcoming Appointments: Anatomy scan at 18 weeks on May 12, so excited to find out gender!

Rant: We are having problems with squirrels that may be in our gutters/attic and they love to run around super early in the morning.

Rave: My baby bump is at the size where you can tell I’m pregnant!

GTKY: I just finished up my master’s degree in history and I work at a museum, so that’s a talent/area of interest of mine. I also knit and cross stitch, just finished up a pair of newborn booties and I’m working on the matching hat!
