How would you feel??

Okay so my SO said "No man would find me attractive because I'm pregnant, but he finds me attractive because I'm pregnant with his child"
Im very hurt by this I started balling and I know all these hormones don't make it easier. It just hurt because it made me feel so ugly I don't know how to get over it I need advice.
