I have tried Meta mucil, but it does not help me and I noticed I get massive headaches after drinking it! I did use Restoralax in my previous pregnancy throughout the whole time, twice a week. But this time around the pharmacist helping my husband said it is NOT safe for pregnant women! Please someone, is it safe in controlled portion?? It's the only thing that helps me, I am sooooo bloated and constipated I can't deal anymore.

Seriously! The pharmacist says that it is NOT safe for pregnant women, why in the world would you ask untrained non-doctorate degree holding internet strangers to tell you ITS OK, GO AHEAD AND TAKE IT!!!
If you are that uncomfortable, talk to your doctor or the pharmacist and they will tell you what is aporopriate for constipation.
Increase your fiber, prunes, raisins, oatmeal, kiwi, spinach, etc.
You don't have to be so rude first of, and secondly I am asking because other pregnant women might have answers from their doctors, as I can not get in touch with mine. Thirdly, I was told in my previous pregnancy by ANOTHER doctor that it was totally fine. I am asking now because the pharmacist contradicted what a precious doctor years ago told me and it confused me! Adjust your tone lady, it was a simple fucking question!

No one here will tell you it is safe to take something that your pharmacist who studies this kind of thing told you was unsafe. Ask your doctor if you want a second opinion on that specific medication.
From the APA (Which I found by googling):
If none of these natural remedies seem to help, your doctor may suggest taking a mild laxative. One mild laxative, considered to be safe to take during pregnancy, is Milk of Magnesia. Your doctor may also recommend taking a bulk-producing agent like Metamucil. Lastly, your doctor may suggest a stool softener, which contains docusate, to reduce constipation. If none of these products work, a stronger medicine might be considered. You should always consult your doctor before taking any stronger medication. In addition, make sure you do not overuse laxatives. This can cause diarrhea, leading to fluid loss, and make you more likely to reach for them in the future. It is better to try and ensure constipation does not occur in the first place by eating high fiber foods, drinking more water, and exercising regularly.

First off - totally uncalled for to start cursing at the PP. Secondly, medial advice changes and something that may have been considered safe previously, may no longer be recommended due to new research, etc. As the PP suggested, talk to your doctor. Internet strangers are not a better source than a pharmacist, would definitely trust the trained medial professional.
Signed, Someone who has struggled significantly with constipation through two pregnancies.
My medication sheet from my doctor specifically points that out.
Part of the issue with laxatives is that they create the same type of muscle contraction as your uterus does when it’s trying to expel stuff. Including babies.
No bananas - they’re constipating Chia in yogurt Fiber gummies High fiber foods even if they don’t appeal. Like All Bran. Stool softeners such as colace Prune pouch Drink tons of water Get a squatty potty Move - walk, bicycle your legs, take a warm bath—basically the same stuff you’d do for a constipated baby.
Magnesium - talk to your doctor about a supplement
Simmer down & wait for your doctor to get back to you. They have a number of patients to attend to. Take a chill pill & don’t be a raging jerk.
