Constant cramping all day 8 weeks 5 days?

I have been having a pretty consistent cramp for 2 days now on both sides of my lower abdomen and sometimes in my back and up my right side. The pain is not too strong just enough to feel discomfort though. I dont have any bleeding or spotting with the pain but my experience with cramps is more of a come and go basis not all day. I am a first time mom and I tend to worry even though I saw a normal hearbeat at 7 weeks 5 days. Anyone else experience these kinds of cramps?

It can be totally normal, but if you are experiencing persistent cramps, I would probably alert my care team.  Let them tell you in person if everything is okay, or at  least directly over the phone if they see any cause for concern. (((Hugs)))

My whole first trimester I had mild cramps, almost like pms cramping, and no bleeding. Sometimes it just happens as your body is working to adjust.
