Double stroller with compact fold

Hi! Im currently looking for a double stroller that Will take a almost two year old plus a newborn that inst huge when folded but also doesnt break the bank. Preferably that accepts a carseat as well. Any ideas? Mostly for in and out of the car use, stores etc. Im thinking of keeping a larger one at Home for naps so a superdeep recline isnt nececarry
