My confession is that I did an update on my phone that took away my ability to save gifs. It’s super lame. I shouldn’t even have started this thread because it’s not even the same without something on fire in a gif in the title opener. I’m too tired to find a flame-y meme. Womp-womp.

@keikilove that is really disappointing considering how much we communicate nowadays through them!

I know many people have lost their jobs and/or are financially strapped, but I've had 2 people this week basically ask if our department is busy or if I'm the only one working that day because they aren't seeing anything come through from my coworker. Our merit increases are on hold right now, but I am dead set on asking to be promoted to the senior title that my other 2 co-workers in my group have. I get paid less being much younger and early in my career, but I put in way more effort into this than they do.

I deserve better. I may eventually decide to look elsewhere for work (once the pandemic is over), but I do like my boss and the company I work for. It's my department coworkers that suck.
