WTF at my coworker, whom I have worked with for well over 2 years, not knowing how to correctly spell my first name 🤦🏻

WTF at what I thought was my OB office. Six weeks today so I decided to give the office that I went through with my first (4 in June) and apparently it's been "long" Enough that I would need to be re established. 
It gets better
I don't have health insurance and I'm sure our state aid would say that my husband makes too much( self employed). So when I told them I was self pay the lady went off on how expensive it would be. Well No shit lady! What else can I do about it. Welcome to the middle class world 😞😭 In the end no appointment was made and now I have no idea when I will get a first appointment or see my baby on U/S and I don't know what to do.
