Pregnant 4 months after c section

I gave birth in November to my beautiful baby girl. I started off breastfeeding and stopped due to infection. After stopping medication I had trouble latching so I gave up. I got a period Dec Jan and Feb I am currently 12 days late I took a test 2 days ago and it was negative however I do have symptoms. Could this test be wrong?Is there a chance of pregnancy?

Additionally, if you are actively trying to conceive, I recommend the TTGP (trying to get pregnant) board with other women in the same position as you. While you still can’t ask if you are pregnant or could be pregnant, it is a place to share and support with women who are also going through similar experiences.
