Ultrasound concern

I had an ultrasound last week. I am 17 weeks now. As I was looking at her ultrasound,  i noticed a weird spot on her head. Im already paranoid bc of two previous miscarriages.  Im sure if they saw something wrong, they would have said something then?? I go next on March 2nd.
