How to get my 3 year old potty trained?

I'm due in May with my 2nd little boy, I also have a 4 year old little girl and a 3 year old little boy. My 3 year old isn't potty trained, I've tried everything to get to use the potty. His dad and I have a joint custody, so it's hard because his father and I aren't on the same parenting page. What can I do to get him at least somewhat potty trained before this baby is born?

    Have you tried the Oh Crap potty training book? I used this with my daughter and it has been successful so far at least for daytime training. We haven's started night time training yet.

    Test Results
    HSG- clear
    Hysteroscopy- clear
    SA- 11 mil count
    45% motility
    Diagnosis: MFI
    July 2014: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    August 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    September 2015: Femera 5mg CD 4-8, Trigger, IUI = BFN
    May 2018 after long period of not trying, starting adoption process with family friend's newborn
    November 2018 Adoption complete!
