what is the best diaper cream applicator?

I am a new mom and don't like using my fingers to apply the cream so I am shopping for an applicator - here are the three I am up against trying with notes on the side.

bum brush - heard it takes an extra step to get the cream on it, works good for tubs of cream but those gross me out.
