Eptopic pregnancy/pregnant after eptopic

Hello, I am 31 with PCOS. In September 2019 I had an eptopic pregnancy with my right fallopian tube removed. It was a very difficult time for both my husband and I. Yesterday (2/16/20) I got a faint positive pregnancy test. I am scared exited and a wreck of emotions. But most of all I am happy I am finding out on time. Last year I didn't know I was pregnant and two days later I had surgery. Does anyone have anything to share either regarding eptopic or pregnancy after eptopic? I would love to read your story too. I might not be looking in the right place but I haven't found anything regarding eptopic pregnancies. I didn't even know what an eptopic pregnancy was until it happened to me.
