@blackgirlmagic You're so funny!!  I called yesterday afternoon and they double checked with the company (Panorama) and they are still in process, ugh!!  They said likely Monday.  It's like torture waiting!  @wildrainbow Looping you in here bc I forgot to answer you in the symptoms thread... my brain only partially works now.

@wildrainbow @riatortillaxo thanks!! We are excited! I have a sister and DH has 2 sisters, so I think we are both looking forward to seeing how this whole 'brotherly love' thing works😜. My sister has 2 girls so I am pretty much going to force them into including me in all things girly! 

@ziggymama06, I ended up calling too about my results. The nurse called me back and said 'thats so funny you called, I am just now printing out results from the past couple of days'.....the last couple of DAYS???? I'm so glad it was a phone call because my eat shit and die face would have said it all😂. I mean, I get it, people are busy but do they not realize they are dealing with hormonal pregnant women!?

@gsmomplus1 OMG!! Yes definitely good thing it was a phone call bc seriously WTF... Don't they know that we are so anxious awaiting these results??!!!??!?  That is why I called... I have no confidence in the receptionist as she doesn't even call me back to make appts (that's another story), so I'm going to call again on Monday to check in.  I will be the annoying preggo and I do not care lol.  I was honestly surprised that she even checked with Panorama on the status.  I was on hold for over 5 minutes and I thought she just forgot about me.

@ziggymama06 I have to wait until Monday, too. Not because they don’t have the results, but the front desk nurse said since I have an appointment on Monday they’ll go over the results then. Why?!! Just tell me!!! An unwanted lesson in patience. 😂

@kimbo262 omg if they told me to wait a whole weekend KNOWING they have the results I’d crawl through the phone and strangle them.

@tara4910 @ziggymama06 Part of me wants to call back and demand to know, but I thought I’d be waiting until the 20 week scan, so this is still a bonus for me! 😂 She did say if something was wrong, the Dr would have called, so at least there’s some comfort in that. I also have a crazy busy weekend and I’m sure knowing would have put me into major shopping/nesting mode and I definitely don’t have time for that! But trust me, I will be there way early for my appointment on Monday! Haha

We are having another boy! So 3b 1g for us! As much as I wanted another girl (I have a GREAT relationship with my girl, and I didn’t have one with my mom) there is something about how a boy loves his mama that makes me know another boy will be just perfect! My daughter will be sad when she finds out though

@BusinessWife I love you!  I called the dr's office and the receptionist is out sick today. I spoke with the office manager and apparently my results only partially came over... the part saying low risk (yay!) came over but not all the details so they said it's still pending. I'm not getting too excited until the full report comes and its certain. I think the receptionist would have actually reached out to the company and gotten it done so I hope she's better and back in the office tomorrow 🤞

@ziggymama06 OMG out sick???  I guess it's going around... low risk is a great start!  That's so weird that it's not all on the same report.  I loved how quickly the ClariTest came back, and how easy to read.

I was trying to upload something so you can see, but it'll have to wait till I can hack my way back into my patient portal lol

Oh!  How sweet!!! 💖💖💖 Congratulations! @ziggymama06 from a fellow FT girl-mom, it really is such a treat.  My baby girl is my heart, and it's amazing the even deeper connection I feel to my own mother through her, being a mom of a precious daughter, watching her grow up through those eyes... 😭😭😭 NOW WE'RE BOTH CRYING!!!! lol squeeeee!!!!!!!

@ziggymama06 Woo hoo! Girls are the best (obviously I’m biased, I have two haha!) I’ve also been checking in frequently for your update - they really made you wait! How’d you manage to find out via a delicious cupcake? Didn’t your dr office call you with the results? So curious how you planned your sweet little reveal (pun intended )

@laur84ns Yay!  When I spoke with the dr's office I let them know that I wanted to pick up an envelope containing the results.  The office was closing before I would get there from work, so the nurse taped the envelope to the door for me.  I had called the cupcake place in advance to be sure they would be able to make the cupcakes same day.  After work I called the cupcake place again to let them know that today was the day in case they wanted to prep anything in advance.  When I got to there, the girl working needed ~10 mins so I browsed a nearby store.  She asked what type of cupcake and frosting and that was it!  I really wanted hubs and I to find out together in a cute way

@ziggymama06 awwww, congratulations! Girls are incredible- having a daughter is so much fun!

I got my NIPT results this morning. That was fast! My blood was just drawn last Thursday and I easily pulled up the results on the website. I’m so thankful that everything is low risk, but I’m experiencing some major gender disappointment. I wanted so badly to have two girls- it was my dream to give my daughter a sister and be a girl mom through and through- but I’m having a boy. I haven’t even told DH yet- he’s flying and will be back home this afternoon. I feel guilty for being disappointed (especially being PGAL). I know once he’s here I’ll love him to pieces, but I don’t feel bonded in the slightest. Just sad.

@babytimeagain I'm glad everything is low risk! I'm sure the gender disappointment is completely normal. With my first pregnancy, I really wanted a girl and I ended up with a son and I was a little disappointed at first but it faded fast and I, of course, love my little guy! Maybe telling your husband and sharing the news will make it more real and exciting! Don't feel guilty! You can't be ashamed for feeling how you feel. ♥️

@babytimeagain Congrats on everything being low risk! I know this won’t help right now but I wish I could convey emotion and love through a snap shot. My son and daughter are the best of friends. Their relationship is the sweetest thing I could have ever imagined. I initially had those concerns when I found out I was having a girl last round but nothing could have prepared me like watching them become each others favorite humans. And when my dad got sick, the person that was the most reliable and answered my every request for help with him was my brother. 

It’s ok to have these feelings. Don’t beat yourself up. I know they’ll pass and one day you’ll think back to this moment and laugh about your worries. Again, congrats! I can’t wait for you to experience this 💗💙
