Tickers not working

Hey ladies, not sure if this is the right place to put this and please let me know if I am wrong. I have been trying to update my tickers from 6 years ago (the last time I was expecting) but they still do not seem to be working. I am using daisy path and lily pie if that helps. I used to forum code, is this right? Thank you for any help you can give.
