Extreme Heartburn/Indigestion

Ladies, currently 8W3D I’ve recently been blessed with the dreaded heartburn symptom. I’m in SO much pain and I can’t call my doctor until Monday.!i bought an over the counter antacid liquid but I can only take so much and it hardly helps. Please help
