• Happy Birthday! @riatortillaxo Go Buckeyes!!!
• @riatortillaxo Happy birthday girl. Enjoy that Shirley and hope your team pulls through for u!

Hubs and I had our new mattress delivered yesterday and it's a foam/spring hybrid. The foam STINKS!! It was delivered 8am yesterday and we left the windows open to air it out and the air purifier on all day. We still couldn't sleep on it last night, so we stayed in our guest room. The bed is smaller and more firm than ours so I had a terrible night's sleep. I'm hoping the smell is better tnt so we can actually sleep on our new mattress!

• @ziggymama06 we bought a foam mattress about this time last year and it took a few days get rid of the stink. If it still stinks, your mattress protector and sheets should help!

We’ve also saved a ton of DS’s baby clothes and stuff. If we have another boy, we won’t have to buy a lot at all.
• @photographerwife Thanks! We will try putting them on tnt and see how it is.

• @WishesSheCouldCook fingers crossed you stay GD free! I'm glad you docs are on top of it.

@riatortillaxo Go Bucks! My parents went to OSU and I was born in Ohio. My youngest loves doing the O-H-I-O chant. My oldest is a Georgia Bulldog fan like his daddy, poor thing :D

We had a ton of boy clothes and baby items and toys but have been giving them away for awhile since we planned to only have 2. Surprise!
• @riatortillaxo HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

The Bump app has not worked for me since the 25thish. I could do all the baby tracking but it refused to pull up the community, on both the app and the laptop. So frustrating! But I hope everyone’s go celebrates had or is having a great holiday!
• @riatortillaxo Happy birthday!!!

We still have all my son’s clothes, and they are pretty neutral so we plan to reuse them regardless of whether the next one is a boy or girl. If we do have a girl, I’m sure we will be given so much cute stuff we won’t need to buy much more.
• @gomillis If we have a daughter, poor thing’s going to be mistaken for a boy constantly because I plan to dress her in all DS’s old stuff. But navy looks great on everyone.

@riatortillaxo Happy Birthday! Hope you have a great day, despite your questionable college football allegiances ;)
• @emiliadkay, ugh, that's the most annoying thing! I put my daughters in a fair bit of neutral. And I live somewhere where it gets quite cold in winter. Outerwear is expensive, and I am not going to buy it in pink and purple when I may have a boy next time. So that means my daughters are often in perfectly feminine tops, but they're hidden under blue/black/grey/red/green coats. Sometimes they'll even be wearing girl pants - typically jeans, but of course people don't see that.

What I've found is if it's not in your face pink or purple, people think they're boys. They can be 100% feminine tops with tucks, gathers, puff sleeves, pleats, whatever feminine detailing, but if it's blue or green, people just see boy. My older girl was wearing a blue floral dress and tights under her black jacket, and someone once asked if she was a boy or girl.
• @coldlife oh, absolutely. I had a weird lady - who had met my child more than once before - ask, "what's his name?" When she was obviously wearing a blue floral dress. Bc blue. 🤦🤦🤦

The majority of our little baby stuff is pretty neutral, but the bigger sizes started to shift more girl heavy, bc she was already here! So at least I'm confident our team green baby will have plenty of clothes to start out with, and then I'm sure we'll start receiving more gendered stuff again once they arrive. As the due date approaches, I may get one pretty little swaddle / hat set in case it is another girl, (bc I can always return or gift it), and bring a more boyish/blue swaddle for early pics if it's a boy. I did try bringing a couple girl outfits "in case" last time, but she still just ended up coming home in a green zip-up, and a flower bow on her head. Lol I do kinda wish we had had a few more truly girlie accessories for her early days, but 🤷🤷 nbd. If it is a second girl, she's obviously going to inherit a fabulous wardrobe! 🤣. And if it's a boy, I cannot promise he won't end up in pink play clothes, either lol
• Oh, the weirdness of the dreams is real. @psychobutthead
• @psychobutthead crazy
I had a dream that I no longer had the same job. My current boss was running a singing competition show like American Idol and I was on it. I don’t sing at all.

• @WishesSheCouldCook 😆 i cant remember the weird dreams I had with my other pregnancies but I know I did.

The dreams will probably just keep getting weirder. Who where the judges in your dream? 😆

Pregnancy #2 Natural Miscarriage at 6 weeks 03/2014 Due date 11/9/2014
Pregnancy #3 DS 02.23.2015
Pregnancy #4 Missed Miscarriage at 11 weeks 11/2018 Due date 5/22/2019
Pregnancy #5 Positive test 12/11/2019 Due Date 8/17/2020

• I’ve never had dreams like this in my other pregnancies. They are wild 😂
• Even if my daughter is in head to toe pink with a bow in her long hair someone will call her a him. Same with the dog who has a pink leash and nothing between her legs. If this LO is a boy we should be okay with 0-9 mo clothes but like @BusinessWife we got more gendered the older she got. However, we also got more stains and tears the older she got, so there’s not much worth saving at this stage.
• I have so much little baby stuff because people just gave me their stuff both before and after my oldest was born. And all the stuff after was girl, but, coincidentally, much of the before stuff was girl, too. So I ended up just putting away 90% of the neutral stuff when I had a girl and another and not even using it. We'll see if it gets use this time!

But yes, @businesswife, now everything tends to skew girl. I still buy a lot of boy pants though, particularly non jeans. Sadly, they are much higher quality!
• Those wild dreams are cracking me up! I am so terrible about remembering my dreams.
• Your guys’ dreams are killing me! 😂 @WishesSheCouldCook girl I’m rolling with the singing competition! So far this time around I haven’t had weird dreams, or dreams at all really. With my first 2 I would have crazy vivid dreams that were always really disturbing, so I will take the dreamless nights.
