My glasses broke today and he argued we cant tape them together that it wont stick. Guess who taped them together? This chick right here.

Anyone else trying to eat leafy greens and other folate foods? I saw a recipe last night for a cherry and beet smoothie. Sounded pretty good.

@psychobutthead. Oh I love beets!  I saw lentils are high in folate too and plan to make another pot of lentil soup this week.

@roo_baby. I had to give up on the AP several months ago.  Now I just exclusively use the mobile browser. 🤷 It's a pain to navigate around, but favoriting pages helps.

@roo_baby this app is a bit of a mess. Some days it won’t bring up a single forum for me. The back button hates me, too. But I have issues with the site desktop version too. It likes to not allow me to log in or see anything.
  • Options
@roo_baby Yessss! That drives me nuts!

The worst is when I hit the back button multiple times because it isn’t working, then when it finally does start working, it goes back multiple pages, all the way back to the beginning, then I have to navigate forward again! 😅

@psychobutthead Oh, man, I hope my daughter trends like I do and has a later period. I have some time though, she’s only 2.

@psychobutthead FWIW I am very close to my sisters that are 15 and 12 years older than me. I spend almost one weekend night a week at my oldest sister’s house.

@tyrion_ my Im hoping it works out. I was a late in life baby. My mom had me late in life but she had my siblings at 16 and 18. By the time I came along my brother already had 1 kid. I was never close to him but I was always super close to my sister.

In some ways the gap is easy in other ways its not.

wildermind I was getting tested to make sure that I have the Hep A and B and measles antibodies in my system before the trip. If I don't have them then I need to get the shots for them. With my first pregnancy I had enough leave saved to pay for my health insurance and to put a little bit on money into the account during my maternity leave. This is HUGE!!!

For the first time in Federal Government history, workers are finally getting paid family leave. Thank you Space Force! https://nypost.com/2019/12/17/trumps-space-force-gets-overwhelming-lift-off-in-senate-vote/ This is HUGE!!! With my first pregnancy I had enough leave saved to pay for my health insurance, and not have to pay them back once I returned to work, and to put a little bit on money into the account during my maternity leave.  My husband got four months paid leave with my first pregnancy. It was great to have him home with our daughter while I went back to work. This pregnancy I would be able to save about 9 weeks of leave, which is a lot more than I had with my daughter. But now this is in place, once Trump signs the bill, it will relieve so much stress!!!

No one at work knows I'm pregnant yet and now it's extra hard to keep this secret in!

@riatortillaxo @ziggymama06 my confirmation/first ultrasound appointment is January 6th (I think I'll be exactly 7 weeks 3 days by then..we'll see how close I am!) so this entire holiday season is just going sooooo slowwwww. i have never wanted time to move faster!

@riatortillaxo Longest month ever. And it’s because I’m anxious for my ultrasound.

I agree with everyone saying this month is dragging! My appointment isn't until 1/3 and I am sooooo anxious!

Agreed that this month seems to be dragging. Not only am I anxious for my next US, I’m also just completely done with work after a stressful few months. I banked a lot of leave for the end of the year so tomorrow is my last day in the office. I have a feeling it is going to go suuuuper slowly.
