Anyone else having twins?

I had a huge scare two days ago, ended up in the hospital and found out I'm having mono/di twins. I am currently 11 Weeks 2 Days pregnant. Both babies are fine but has anyone else experienced such period like blending before? I did not have this with my first pregnancy with my daughter so it was an entirely new experience. Looking to hear stories from anyone who has experienced bleeding. The ER Dr. told me I had a sub-chorionic hemorrhage. So stressful!!

I am!! I haven’t had period like bleeding though. I do have a friend who had a sub-chronic hemorrhage and it freaked her out, too. But her doctor assured her it was ok and she had a healthy baby. 

I’m having di/di twin boys. I have a two year old daughter. I’m starting to come out if being totally panicked and freaked out and starting to get a little more excited about twins!
