    Previous loss(es)? CP, Twin MMC

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically?  Feeling good.  Fatigue and nausea has gotten better.  NT scan and genetic testing were good.  I had a little bit of a freak out about an hour ago.  I felt crampy today, so I broke out the doppler for reassurance and I couldnt find baby.  I finally found him about 20 minutes after looking.

Any appointment updates? No appointments until the end of the month.  Anatomy scan is in early January.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? None right now.

Any milestones coming up? I have passed them.

Previous loss(es)? I MMC in June

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically? We're coming up right around the time when me previous one started to show signs of iugr, so I'm on the edge of nervousness and worry. Baby has been fine on all scans but ...

Any appointment updates? NT went well and baby is jumping around, so that was good to see

Rants/Raves/Questions? Anyone else in the weird, not quite maternity wear stage? I can't figure out what to wear because I've sized out of regular clothes, but no bump to support over belly pants.

Any milestones coming up? Fingers crossed for check next week at 15 weeks and 2nd tri testing.

MMC April 2017, CP August 2019

How are you feeling? Emotionally & physically?
Physically: I don't get hit hard with typical pregnancy symptoms but today was the first day I threw up after gagging myself with my toothbrush. I'm finding I'm much more sensitive since being pregnant!
Emotionally: I'm feeling mostly okay. I'm anxious for my NT scan on Monday. My OB's office wasn't clear on how to go about scheduling it as they've recently merged with another practice, so it's being done a little on the late side. I have my fingers crossed.

    Any appointment updates?
Blood draw for NIPT tomorrow. NT screen on Monday.

    Rants/Raves/Questions?
    Not at the moment.

    Any milestones coming up?
I've passed both, thankfully. But being PGAL never rids me of the worry.

@kerco925 I’m so glad you were able to find him with the doppler. I've considered getting one to hold me over for the now long wait's between appts. I'm so used to being with the RE and having appts and scans like every week or two. But I'm also afraid that I won't be able to figure out how to use it properly and freak myself out more.

@knottie28bb2da848648025 I feel you on the clothes issue. I've basically been living in leggings. Maternity stuff doesn't quite fit yet cause no real bump yet. But I definitely cant fit in my jeans anymore.

@silvergreen Fx for your NT scan! I've passed my milestones now too but feel the same the PGAL worry never seems to fully go away. But I like to take little victories, like whenever I have a good scan or appt. The NT was a big hurdle for me. I hope it is for you too.

@hanshotfirst77 there are a ton of youtube videos showing how to use a doppler.  That's how I learned.  It can be nerve wracking if you use it too early.  It wasnt until the last few days (15 weeks) that I can find him easily.
