Nighttime Nausea

I'm sure there is a post on this somewhere but I can't seem to find it. I'm having horrible evening/nighttime Nausea. I get through work fine which I'm thankful for but once I get home I'm a mess. Does anyone else have this same issue? Today was really rough. Any remedies ?
