I have look this up and I'm still confused Im.25 weeks today I called my ob she said I'm 5 months but download some pregnancy apps and there  saying  I'm 6 months my last period was May 15 I'm due February, 19 ,2020 so please help me understand thanks .

25 weeks * 7 days a week = 175 days
175 days / 30.5 days a month (average) = 5.74

So you are approximately 5.74 months pregnant, assuming Math and that your LMP was actually accurate, and that you have a unicorn 28 days cycle.

But I would go with what your OB said, since she's most likely looking at your actual scans for development/size/etc.
