Gas pains?

My three month old strains A LOT.  She isn't constipated, but she'll squirm and grunt and strain even when nothing comes out. I think it's gas. She's formula fed, should I ask about switching to a different kind?

Hi! My three-month-old does the exact same thing, except he is breast-fed. Does your baby scream and squirm still after they go poop? Sometimes my son does that and I just don’t know what’s wrong!
