Low serum HCG after IUI

Hello Bump Community!
My husband and I went through IUI on 10/16. Today marked 14 DPO and I had my blood HCG test earlier this morning. I got a call that our HCG was positive with an HCG of 60. The Nurse Practitioner who called me said that usually levels are 100 at 4 weeks so we are retesting in 2 days. Has anyone else had something like this happen to them? What was the outcome? I'm prepared for the worst, but hoping for the best and haven't had much luck finding anyone who's experienced this personally. My research has shown that there is a wide range of HCG levels at 4 weeks, but it didn't say whether the lower levels remained viable, etc. So I don't know what to expect. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
