My baby's head flopped back

Hi guys,
Just a quick question. It was in the middle of the night when I was feeding my 3 month old baby and I had to run to the toilet so my husband ran to help me to grab the baby and in a rush (also half asleep) he accidentally moved the baby too quickly where his head flopped back all the way and he was crying. We were dead scared hoping we didn't injure him. But after 10 mins he seemed fine and smiling. Is he ok???
