How are you feeling?
Sometime I feel awesome like I have lots of energy and then by 3 or 4 I hit a wall and I'm slow motion and all the wanting to throw up start, not even nausea just the need to throw up.
Raves/Rants:
DS birthday is this Sunday, we wanted to keep it low key and have family.over for pizza and cake and go to a Halloween parade in town. Instead my in-laws declined and stated "well, MIL and I were talking about having a joint birthday". Ok, DH and I are the only ones who work weekends and I have 2 out of 3 kids and their kid is an attention whore. Their 2 year old had a grand birthday and honestly, I dont really believe in kids having multiple birthdays. My in-laws always had 2 birthday parties for their oldest and even said they we ruined their sons birthday party by our son being born (some joking in it but come on).
So, itll be my parents which my mom just got released from the hospital today and that's it. Quite honestly I'm done bending backwards making sh*t work for them. We even invited them for Halloween each year and they decline, we have an awesome neighborhood for trick or treating and said we could have that day celebrate DS, they declined.
Now we dont know when we are going to announce the pregnancy because my parents want a low key Thanksgiving and I do too. It's a bit disappointing at the in-laws, they have a gorgeous house with a new kitchen but they make my MIL cook things and bring them over, theres no real family bonding before. I find it quite selfish. I told DH that I wouldnt mind having it at my parents, good appetizers and i could make the Turkey.

Our neighborhood is a planned development from the 1950's with one road in. It's great for trick or treating and almost everyone participates. I bought 3 Costco size bags of candy, one bag of chocolate candies and one of gummy type candies since they are less likely.to have an allergy to them.

I'm already up 4 pounds, and while I know it's bloat, it's making me uncomfortable & anxious.

I'm not sure. I bought baby ruths, but those are mostly for me lol. This is our first Halloween here, but I've heard our street doesn't get a lot of trick or treaters, so that's a little sad - it's mostly older families w/ kids my age.

How are you feeling? Okay. Exhausted and craving all the salty food but nausea has been mild (was the same when I was pregnant for DD.
Raves/Rants: I’m at my in-laws right now and my two year old WILL NOT GO TO SLEEP. I’ve been sitting with her for two hours now

GTKY: What are you giving out for Halloween? I live in London and Halloween is impossible to do if you live in a flat like mine so nothing. I want to be in the US for it next year!

How are you feeling? Awesome. Virtually no symptoms & I feel happier/more confident.
Raves/Rants: I'm already tired of being asked daily how I feel. I told my co-workers, and now all they can ask is "how's it going?" ,"Are you eating properly" etc. Let the unsolicited advice and opinions begin.

GTKY: What are you giving out for Halloween? Nadda. I live on a dead end road, no one comes down the street.
Team Finding Out/Pink/Blue/Green: I think I want to keep this one a surprise again. We didn't find out with our first. It was awesome hearing my husband announce, 'It's a boy!'. We found out with our second we were having a girl.

How are you feeling? Tired. Sore boobs.
Raves/Rants: school is kicking my ass. Trig midterm this Saturday. I am nervous. I try and study, and just fall asleep. Math is so boring. I am loving my org chem and biotechnology classes. Told my professors, so they make sure I dont do anything stupid in lab class. Pregnancy brain is real.

GTKY: What are you giving out for Halloween? I got a mix of Hershey chocolates. Though I dont think they will make it until Halloween, between the husband and 7 year old and 5 year old...
Team Finding Out/Pink/Blue/Green: Finding out! Last time we found out around 9 weeks with NIPT. I am planning on doing the same this time.

Upcoming appointments: I have an ultrasound a week from tomorrow, 11/1, for dating and viability. I had an ultrasound last Friday which would have put me at 6w based on LMP. Gestational age measured 5w5d which was consistent with my ovulation tracking. Gest sac, yolk sac and heart activity were all observed, but they recommended I come back for another scan 2 weeks later for more accurate dating (Happy about this - I'll take as many ultrasounds as I can get!). Then I have my first midwife prenatal appointment scheduled for the following Friday, 11/8.
How are you feeling? Mostly fine! More tired than usual, but I did drastically cut my coffee intake (I drank at least 3 cups a day pre-pregnancy.) I have waves of nausea every once in a while that pass pretty quickly. I am getting up to pee at least once every night and then can't fall back asleep after.
Raves/Rants: Rave! DH will be able to come to my next ultrasound appt. He was only able to come to the 20week scan last pregnancy, so I'm excited he gets to see this little bean earlier with me this time! Rant - I have zero motivation at work.

GTKY: What are you giving out for Halloween? We'll leave a bowl of candy on the porch (usually reese's/kitkat mix) but I'll be out trick-or-treating with DS and his cousins. We only get a handful of kids on our street since most kids go to the main street where the businesses hand out candy.
Team Finding Out/Pink/Blue/Green: Team finding out, I am praying I can say team BLUE. Finding out just helps with the planning and I would be overly anxious if I tried to keep it a surprise.

How are you feeling? Nauseous as ever but over all pretty good
Raves/Rants: I am beyond sick and tired of being sick and/or tired. Also this whole obsessively worrying about MC thing is driving me nuts. I did not have these fears with my first pregnancy.
Questions: Any tips on calming the worries ?
GTKY: What are you giving out for Halloween? Candy bars. hershey bars, kit kats, you name it. We don't get many kids so we give them big bars to make them happy.

Upcoming appointments: I just scheduled my first appt for 11/6. Then they will confirm pregnancy and schedule my first US.
How are you feeling? I have been feeling like crap. More so then with my other pregnancies. I part of my brain likes to think I’ll get my boy. I have been very nauseous even though it is so early on. And these cramps are really starting to mess with my head.
Raves/Rants: I hate this stupid waiting period in pregnancy. I forgot how much this sucks! I am very excited but almost cautious. I just want to see that little heart beat so I can let out this breath I am holding!
GTKY: What are you giving out for Halloween?
we give out candy and also little stickers and tattoos for our teal pumpkins. My one DD has allergies so I always make sure there are non food treats available.
First time Mommy here! This is all still super weird! I just felt "pregnant" for about 2-3 weeks now. Even went to the doctor, but was still getting negatives. She told me to wait till today, and there it was, faint but definitely positive! She must have known from my symptoms cause she already scheduled me for my first ultrasound on the 4th.
I am 26 my husband is 27, high school sweet hearts, been married for 3 years! I got off the Nuva Ring in July because of side effects. Told my husband I just wanted to off of BC since I've been on something since I was 16. We decided if it happened it happened, definitely thought it would take a bit longer!
Love reading and watching videos about all the tips and tricks for taking care of a newborn! Obsessed with baby name videos on YouTube.

Upcoming appointments: 11/8 which feels so far away! This is my first pregnancy so I am super anxious and just want to make sure everything is okay.
How are you feeling? I actually feel great. No nausea yet (fingers crossed). Just getting tired around 2pm everyday, peeing a lot and bad acne.
Raves/Rants: It all feels surreal. Since I have minimal symptoms and haven't had an appointment yet, sometimes I don't feel pregnant at all. I am very excited to tell friends and family so I hate this waiting period. Also can't wait to buy all the baby things but don't want to jinx it!
