1. ordered a tall decaf american misto this morning and at the window she gave me a grande at no additional charge since they made a mistake!
2. Chiro tonight
3. back at work after 2 days off due to a roadtrip/ wedding and not too bogged down surprisingly
4. finally got to sleep in my own bed last night, I feel crippled after 3 nights in the hotel bed which unfortunately was not comfortable
5. working on DDs room later today to get it done
6. closer to picking a name this weekend
7. got a new furnace system so my house is actually heating beautifully now
8. watching my halloween baking championship show tonight
9. DD went to bed and woke up this morning with no complaints even after being over tired
10. ummm that's it for now haha!

Here we goooooooooo

1) Cooler Temps. This cannot not be stated enough. The hottest day this week is 81/27C. The coldest is about 65/18C. Beautiful weather. 
2) Shorter days...Living in the south means it doesn't go full dark in summer until close to 22:00!
3) Christmas Lights go up this weekend!
4) Cooler nights...I love sleeping with the windows open, under the covers, cuddled next to my man. Until he starts running a marathon, fighting ghosts, or talking in his sleep, that is. 
5) Cold Front Friday!
6) First Batch of Puro Gringo Chili this weekend (it has to be done during a cold front, or you'll put a hex on the whole thing!)
7) SO's birthday is this week...for 5 months, we'll be the same age, lol..BONUS, his birthday is an important day for nerdy types like me...it's the same as the Last Great War in the Fallout video game series (well, 100 years earlier).
8) Talking with my old boss, and current friend whom we call The Cat, about Christmas Music on a local station, trying to guess which classic they'll open with. We both anxiously await what everyone else dreads!
9) PAY DAY

10) My parents are retired and travel frequently...In Nov, they'll be gone three weeks. I live a block away, and usually end up watching their pets. It's not a huge deal. Without consulting us, bought the crib and mattress we want, and then said it was as payment for watching their pets, and knowing I'm PGAL-Brained about buying stuff, won't give it to me until I'm ready. We were floored. Their argument was I'm saving them 20 dollars a day for 23 days, and this is something I need.

@c1kc1kpol1cn1k, IKR? I've been having a hard time buying baby gear, always afraid I'm going to "jinx" something. Stupid.

After my loss in January, my well-meaning daughter asked the Salvation Army to take the crib and mattress from DS1 when they came to pick up my old washer and dryer (SO and I were out somewhere when they showed). She didn't want me to have to make the decision, knowing I was still struggling with the statisical reality of not needing it again. She's a good kid. I miss her and can't wait for her to come home...Jan 20th can't get here soon enough!

1) pretty sure my stroller was delivered today (won't know until I get home though).
2) birthing classes start today. I'm overly excited about them!!
3) Venti black iced tea sweet. Mmmmmm
4) DH waking up in the middle of the night and getting his feel of baby kicks while I sleep
5) Friends who find safe restaurants for me for catering for the baby shower
6) Kitty snuggles. They have become more frequent and more on top of me again recently. He's usually a snuggle as close as possible to you without actually being on you cat, but recently he's decided my lap is the only place he can snuggle on the couch beside the armrests.
7) big fluffy blanket season is back!! And I love it.
8) to our good friend for refinishing the tabletop we got from the antique store. I can't wait for that to be finished and back in our kitchen
9) the bills for having an amazing season this year, while my other team, the eagles, keep letting me down. GO BILLS. I mean if you are going to eat a loss to anyone, the pats are the team to lose to.

1) dd turned round & told dh “look at me, im talking to you” this evening & it was all I could do not to bust out laughing. She is so full of sass & attitude, its unreal! Its funny now but I dread her teenage years!

2) tuesday is gbbo night. Final is next week & then I’ll be lost without it on a tuesday night 😭

3) im seriously contemplating finishing up for maternity leave earlier than I originally intended. I really struggled physically today & dont know how I’ll make it another 5.5 weeks when im only going to get bigger!

4) if I do finish up earlier, I feel guilty cause I’ll be dumping my work load on the rest of the team which i dont feel right about.

5) blood thinning injections are effing sore and suck.

6) we have a weekend to ourselves, in our own house this weekend, which is rare! & I cant wait!

7) I finished santa shopping for dd yesterday. We need another few little things for the twins as they will be here by 23rd dec at the latest. Hoping to have all my other shopping sorted by halloween or the week after at the latest.

8) pay day is friday 🙌🏻

9) I think im going to treat myself to a new pair of doc marten chelsea boots this weekend. My mum is buying dd a pair & I want them too.

10) im so fed up with brexit & politics in general.

1.  Got my 3 hour glucose test scheduled for Saturday morning. 👎

2.  They also told me I'm "mildly anemic" which translates to "incorporate 5 high iron foods into your daily meals plus take this iron supplement."

3.  I'm pretty sure I'm also never going to sleep again between waking up to pee, heartburn, a groin muscle I pulled over a month ago that only causes me pain at night aka my broken vagina, Harper waking up a few times a night now after like 2+ years of great sleeping, and an impending newborn.  😴

4.  The new job is going amazing.  I feel like I'm being properly and thoroughly trained, my coworkers who I was already familiar with are awesome, and there's a lot more flexibility than I expected there to be.  It's also super laid back.

5.  I also didn't realize how stressed out I was from my last job until I left and stopped receiving 150+ text messages, non stop phone calls & emails daily.  I mean, don't get me wrong - I LOVED my last job, but holy shit is it nice to be away from the craziness and when I leave work, I actually get to leave work.

6.  This morning when I woke Harper up she told me to leave her alone. 😂  Poor girl is so tired sometimes, despite going to bed well last night.  So we sat on the floor for a bit and she snuggled into my lap trying to wake up, then baby brother got all crazy in my belly and she felt it against her and her eyes popped open and she gasped and said "I just felt baby brother move!  I'm so excited for him!!"  It was pretty cute.

7.  Ugh I just got home and am annoyed with my husband.  Like, what is the fucking point of meal planning if you've already eaten before I get home??

8.  We have family/maternity pics this weekend.  I'm excited! 

9.  I have a conference tomorrow and I feel like it's really just an excuse for me to fuck around. 😬🤷‍♀️

10.  I'm getting my hair done tomorrow evening.  I'm really irritated with how quickly my hair is growing out & the greys are showing.  It's literally like 4 weeks is pushing it for a retouch.  I told her we need to lighten my hair so it's less maintenance and the greys will be less noticeable.  Going every 4 weeks is just too much.
