How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? I've been doing okay. I had two lunches and a dinner that were the best balance of nutrition, but I'm hoping all my other meals are balancing that out.
Any goals for next week? Keep doing what I'm doing and try to get in a few more walks and stretch before and after them. Also keep my weight gain to the minimum. After an 8lb gain between appointments, I'm determined to have a slower gain. I've only gained 1 lb in the last 2.5 weeks!
How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? Nutrition hasn’t been the greatest since the first trimester. This morning was great with low carb choices.
Any goals for next week? Keeping up with choosing low carb items and stay away from the junk. Thankfully I don’t have a sweet tooth this pregnancy so I don’t really want it anyway. I need to go to the grocery store and pick up some nuts and healthy snacks.
How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? My nutrition has been pretty crappy the past few weeks. Lots of hot pockets, pop tarts and fried chicken with some decent foods sprinkled in. Convenience and bad for you is all I seem to want lately. MH actually commented that I'm not eating enough fresh foods. I mean, he's right but does he need to point it out? Lol. I actually made a grocery list for this weekend to stalk up on salmon and more veggies to try to pull it together for this last trimester. Surprisingly, at my OB the other day, I had actually lost 2lbs since my last visit. But that's likely because, although I'm eating crap food, I can only eat a little bit at a time. I get heartburn or throw it up if I eat more than a few bites in one sitting.
Any goals for next week? To stop eating all the processed crap I gave been for the past few weeks.
