WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs, tracking CM. RE appt next Monday
R/R: I am already feeling down about this cycle. I’ve only remembered to temp once so far. Obviously temping is not the thing that gets you pregnant but it’s like my heart isn’t in it. Hopefully I bounce back soon. We had a great weekend! I did have to work some but we still had a lot of fun too. Work is going to be slowing down somewhat by the end of the week so I’m excited for that. The past couple of months have been crazy.

Month/Cycle: 4/3

WAYDTGKU: BBT, tracking CF, using FF, OPKs, prenatals
R/R: Sisters night was so fun! It was great to get some nice quality sister time! The weekend was really fun too. DH and I went to a pumpkin farm nearby and enjoyed a gorgeous fall day yesterday. I'm excited to have today off too. I'm doing some baking today because we're having a school staff luncheon tomorrow. I'm making Oreo cheesecake bars with a brownie crust. It's a new recipe but looks amazing!
CS/Q: is this cycle over yet? Ughhhh.
Month/Cycle: 5/5/1AL (I think I wrote that right. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)
CD: 3
WAYDTGKU: Benched for now while I recover, so it's just PNVs and BBT charting (to get back in the habit), but next cycle will resume CM & CP tracking, OPKs, Pre-Seed, Mucinex (CD10 to 1DPO), and baby aspirin.
R/R: Cap'n Crunch Berries are perfect any time of day/night. Fight me.

WAYDTGKU: IF testing
R/R: Today starts my huge work week, with today and tomorrow being the most stressful. I'll mostly be off here today, just wanted to do my quick update!
The party this weekend was good - I got sad at the end for a few minutes, but nothing terribly major. The couple I suspect of having an announcement didn't join us, so I escaped that. I did get cornered by one of my friends for her to tell me that since I mentioned vaguely that I'm having a hard time right now she wanted me to know I can always come to her for anything. I thanked her but said I was ok for now.
Thanks to Quest Diagnostics for sucking so hard, it looks like we're officially going to have to be "out" for this cycle. MH has to do a multi-day hold, and we need the SA done by Friday so I can have my follow-up doctor's appointment to see if we can possibly do anything for next cycle. Since I'm probably going to O within the next couple of days, that means we can't do both. We talked about it and agreed that testing needs to be our priority for now, so even though it feels weird we're just going to take this cycle off. I'm not sure what I should do for the dailies though? I'm not going to use my OPKs and not temping, so maybe I just hang out in WTO? Thoughts?

@bows22 Friend, I am 1000% with you on this cycle. Even before we realized we had to be out for this one, my heart was not in this one. Maybe we'll feel better post Monday appointments? (Mine is with my OB-GYN, but still about IF).

R/R: Had a great weekend...didn’t do anything too exciting, but it was nice to catch up on things at home! This is the first full week of work since vacation, so I’m just hoping it goes by quickly!
CS/Q: I finally upgraded to VIP in FF, so my chart looks a bit different. Added in RHR line, which I have been wanting to do but couldn’t with the free membership. I had some light spotting this morning, so not sure what that was all about. I’ve never had ovulation spotting, but hoping that was it or it was just delayed from the SHG (not sure if that’s possible or not).
@bows22 sorry you aren’t feeling hopeful about this cycle, but I will remain hopeful for you!! Glad you had a good weekend and that work is finally slowing down!
@gingermama29 sounds like you had a wonderful weekend!! Those Oreo bars sound amazing...I definitely need the recipe! ☺️ Anything with cheesecake & Oreo has to be yummy! Ugh, so sorry for the long/confusing cycle!! Hopefully O happens very soon, or AF arrives so you can just move on!
@ttcbabyodo I’m so sorry to see you back here!! Sending all the hugs!! 💜
@mvt2003 glad the party went well and you were able to avoid the expected trigger! That stinks you have to sit this cycle out, but hopefully the testing gets finished and you can start back strong next cycle!
@gingermama29 that all sounds yummy! Hopefully your cycle gets its act together soon! I might be in the same boat as you as my OPKs still show nothing. Ugh. Stupid an-O.
@ttcbabyodo nooo you're not supposed to be back here! I'm gonna go with Cap'n Crunch is unacceptable at all times because I am not a fan of it 😆
@mvt2003 you can totally hang out here! I did that the entire time I was on BC waiting for my FET. Usually I'd have something to say for the R/R since there's at least other things going on in life besides TTC things.
Month/Cycle: 28/23

WAYDTGKU: OPKs, temping, HIO whenever
R/R: OPKs STILL barely there. There's been no change since we started. I think I'll be testing until about CD25 since that's the latest I've ever O'ed then either I'm going to stop completely or just do them every other day. This is getting ridiculous 😑
I made my Italian beef recipe for dinner yesterday and we went to the zoo so decent weekend! Or Sunday anyway lol. Started watching season 5 of Schitts Creek on Netflix as well. Hoping to finish that before we go on vacation next week!

R/R: I have to study for my licensure exam Wednesday and do a lot of work for my PT job today and tomorrow which is going to be not the most fun. My exam is beyond dry and my PT work is usually great but I'm in crunch time now. Also my stomach hurts and I haven't ovulated yet which is making me do dumb Dr. Google things. On the plus side, I have a pair of Rothys en route (the recycled water bottle shoes advertised on fb a lot for those who don't know). I only have 2 pairs (only 1 of which I purchased) but am super pumped for my next pair.
CS/Q: Those of you on FF - it tells you what all the things mean, yes? May move on to that next month but I still struggle with acronyms in here lol.
@mvt2003 /everyone feeling gloomy: Sorry for the blues, here's hoping for something positive to brighten your days!
@mvt2003 sorry you're out for a cycle. Definitely hang out with us in WTO. I'm glad you were able to avoid that trigger at the party. Good luck with your crazy week!
@bluetickgal glad you had a nice quiet weekend. I hope this work week goes by quickly for you!
@bluetickgal & @inthewoods23 - Is it weird to say that I'm happy to be back? I loooooooved my BMB, but at least I feel comfortable coming back here since it's where I started. It's bittersweet, but you get your bog monster back.
Due with baby #2: Feb 2022
@pocketrose I think you get a free trial of the full version when you sign up for FF. I'm currently using the free version but I've been contemplating upgrading. It's definitely super helpful.

@bows22 I’m sorry you’re not feeling into it this cycle. I hope you feel better soon!
@gingermama29 that sounds delicious! Enjoy your day off!
@ttcbabyodo I am so so sorry to have you back here. Glad you are feeling comfortable back here though! Sending you thoughts of love and healing! ♥️
@mvt2003 man, that’s frustrating. I’m sorry:/ I would do whatever your comfortable with! I don’t think anyone will mind, whatever you decide to do this cycle.
@bluetickgal what is the rhr line for? I like the VIP version, but I guess I always hold out on buying it “just in case” 🙄 I hope you have a quick week!
@inthewoods23 how frustrating! I had a long cycle like that a couple of cycles ago and was soo annoyed.
@pocketrose GL with your test! The Rothys are cute! I thought they are kind of expensive for flats, but it’s cool that they’re recycled!

R/R: We had a pretty good weekend. We didn’t have time to do much since I worked and my husband hunted most of the day yesterday. My house is always such a mess when I’m gone, so cleaning is on the agenda today. Getting ready to start SMEP in 2 days, so I need to get pumped too.
CS/Q: not much to see yet.
@ttcbabyodo I was so devastated to see your post last week. I hate that you’re back here ❤️
@mvt2003 that was really nice of your friend, as long as now she backs off until you decide to go to her, even if that’s never! I think hanging out here makes sense if you have zero timing in but I also think whatever you do is fine!
@bluetickgal good luck with your full week of work! Non-exciting weekends can be as amazing as exciting ones haha.
@inthewoods23 I hope you get a surprise dark OPK soon!
@pocketrose if you follow FF on twitter they will have discounts on the VIP version. At least they used to! I made a fake twitter account so I could follow them without anyone knowing.
@photographerwife I hope you have a productive day!

R/R: Today... sucks. Lol. I got my flu shot AND I have a filling redo because the dentist left an awkward gap the first time. I hate today.
Also. It’s a perfect fall day, with blazing colors... so it’s crazy full of rude tourists 🙄
Sitting in my car and some guy from ct just leaned up against MY car to chat with his wife in his car passenger side. Dude. Off!
CS/Q:
@ttcbabyodo ugh. I wish neither of us were here. How are you coping? And I agree. This board is the silver lining to a crappy situation
@gingermama29 my cycles were doing that last year. So frustrating. I’m sorry you are dealing with this
@pocketrose I’ve been wanting to try those! I just hate that I can’t try them on.
@pocketrose hope studying is going well and you feel prepared by Wednesday! I feel like FF does a pretty good job of explaining what everything means, they even have some tutorials you can use. I used the free version for a year and a half, and it was still really helpful! I’d say start out with that and see how you like it! I’d probably just spring for a new BBT, but that’s me. If you feel comfortable asking, go for it...but it could be a bit awkward if she temped vaginally.
@gingermama29 thanks, it’s going quickly so far! Hope you are enjoying your day off!!
@ttcbabyodo I get that, and I’m glad you had this “home” to come back to! *TW - I wasn’t on here for my first loss and I definitely could have used the community/support. It helped being able to come back here after my second loss (even though I was only gone for a few days). End TW* We have definitely missed our resident Bog Monster!
@photographerwife I stayed with the free version “just in case” for a year and a half, so I figured it was time to just upgrade! Lol. RHR (resting heart rate) is supposed to somewhat coincide with temps, so it’s just another measure to confirm O. Since I don’t do OPK’s, I figured it would be nice to have another piece of data to compare. I’ve been observing it on my FitBit app for a while, but it’s nice to see it on the same chart. Hope you have a good day cleaning and don’t have to work too hard!
@bows22 thanks! Haha, true...non-exciting weekends can be some of the best! It was/is cool here, so that meant sweatpants and blankets...which my kitties thoroughly enjoyed!! They got in all the cuddles to make up for us not being here last week! 🐱
@whatsbumpinpumpkin ugh, sorry for the crappy Monday!! I hope your day gets better!
@whatsbumpinpumpkin They've got a VERY easy return policy. Generally most of the shoes are a half size too small so you just size up with the points being a full size smaller. I'm an 8.5 street size and have a 9.5 in points that fits great.
@bluetickgal - I gotta say, it's a good time of year to be a bog monster. Bring on the peggies! I'm hungry! LOL

@mvt2003 - I’m not sure how things are done now, but I know there used to be a benched check-in. You could always hang there plus in randoms this cycle? And I’m sorry the timing of testing didn’t work out for you this month, that has got to be so frustrating.
@bluetickgal - a relaxing weekend at home sounds amazing!
@inthewoods23 - wanna share that recipe? I l’m always looking for new dinners to make!
@pocketrose - boo to the exam (I freaking hate exams) but hooray to the Rothy’s! I’ve been waiting to pull the trigger on a pair, I feel like they’re kind of a splurge and I want a “reason” to buy them. Plusssss there’s like 5896 patterns/colors I like and how’s a girl supposed to decide on one??
@photographerwife - idk what it says about me, but I love a good cleaning day, ha.
@whatsbumpinpumpkin are you in New England? The colors are so awesome right now. I’m sorry you had a shitty day, hopefully you’ll be able to get in some leaf-peeping soon!
