Back pain! 37 weeks

37 weeks pregnant with my second. I went early with my first, but I seriously am in so much pain. My belly is hanging so low and my lower back and hips hurt so badly I can’t walk. It hurts to turn over in bed, lay down, sit, I’m crunched over while I walk... I literally can’t do anything. And my baby is so low she is sitting in my lap! I’m experiencing some contractions? Right now but Please help! It’s been going on for two days

Are you sure you're not in labor.  Your symptoms sound like labor might be starting.
