  • It's pumpkin spice season! Lol Since it's slowly starting to cool down, I feel a lot more motivated to just get outside every day and walk. 
  • @madamedudley It’s still pretty hot down here but in the mornings and evenings it’s becoming more tolerable. It’s so much easier to force myself to get outside more for sure!

  • Started a weekly spin class. I've had one class so far and next one is tomorrow evening. So far so good. 
  • @40momma Spin is such a great workout. I wish it wasn’t so expensive down here or I’d definitely buy a package for some classes. Have fun!
