It's the first week I'm not working 60 hours a week since mid-August so I actually got to shop yesterday!
Monday- Giant Turkey Meatball Parmesan w/ Broccoli Tuesday- Chicken Schnitzel w/ red potatoes and green beans Wednesday- Pulled Pork Sliders Thursday- Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese (it's a fall/winter obsession and the temps are FINALLY supposed to cool down) Friday- leftovers
Monday: Steak or French Onion Pork Chops (depends on whether steak is still on sale) with cali mix veggies and mashed potatoes Tuesday: Hoisin Marmalade Chicken with Baby Bok Choy and rice Wednesday: Tacos with corn Thursday: Sausage, Spinach, and Gnocchi Soup Friday: Leftovers or out for dinner.
DH is away for 2 weeks so my food preparation level will significantly go down. I've also increased my food delivery service for the time he is away with more meals so hopefully that balance's out.
Monday: Pork pot roast at my parent's Tuesday: carrot / broccoli / pasta chicken bake Wednesday: glazed meatballs with jasmine rice and Singapore slaw (meal delivery) Thursday: sundried tomato pesto pasta with green salad (meal delivery) Friday: Haddock with creamed corn and orzo (meal delivery)
Monday - Sichuan tofu with mushrooms, green beans, and rice (DH is home with the kids today, so he's prepping it!) Tuesday - Eggplant pesto pizza Wednesday - Leftover eggplant lasagna from the freezer Thursday - Turkey chili with corn muffins Friday - BLT sandwiches with some kind of veggie on the side Saturday - Cheesy grits with spinach topped with fried eggs
Monday- Crispy Chicken Thighs, onions and peppers, and couscous Tuesday- Fish and Chips with slaw Wenesday- Homemade Ramen Thursday- Gralic-y shirmp something. IDK hubby texted that to me and I need more clarification on what he wants with that. Friday- free-for-all
