I started this thread early, because I actually have two.
#1) I joined a Facebook group for March moms and I'm judging HARDCORE. Most of these ladies would be eaten alive here. I really hate it, but I also kind of love being the voice of reason in there, so I'm gonna roll with it for entertainment purposes, and hopefully drop some knowledge on them, until I get kicked out.
#2) Someone sent a bag of Halloween candy for my team as a press release earlier this week. I did not share a single piece of candy and I've kept it all for myself to munch on through the week.
@mrsvp614, the candy thing totally sounds like something I would do at this point! I hide candy in my room to keep it away from the kids.
@chichiphin, sounds like fun! never hurts to take a 'mental health' day and take some time out for yourself.
I haven't kept up with my house this week.. at all. Currently there are cars thrown all over my living room, dirty dishes piled up in the kitchen, piles of laundry to do.. I've had a cold so I've been trying to rest up, and I don't feel guilty about it.
H and I are taking DS to the zoo this morning while DD is at school. I packed a whole lunch for DS but not for us because our zoo has amazing food and I fully intend to partake in that even though H wouldn’t want to.
@chichiphin I take full sick days for almost all of my prenatal appointments and I'm transparent about it. I live an hour from where I work, so unless the appointment is at 8:30 or 4, I don't even want to bother working... and those sick days are just sitting there begging me to take them!
@stassischroeder LOL! I was against peeing in the shower before I was pregnant, but now that I'm also peeing that many times a day, I will straight go like 3 times while I'm showering! No shame!
I'm stuck at work and counting down the minutes until I get to leave. This week and the week before have been the longest work weeks ever!

@chichiphin my doc is 1.5 hrs away, so I almost always take an entire day off for them. I usually go to Target and sometimes get a pedicure. No shame!
AFM, right now I love showering because I can pee at will. I'm peeing 652947 time a day right now, so having that freedom in the shower is GREAT.
