Fear of miscarrying

I am 13 weeks and 6 days along. Yesterday I fell at work,  HARD,  I slipped on a puddle carrying a dish bin,  landed on my butt and back so hard,  it whipped my head back and gave me a concussion.  I went to urgent care,  and the baby's heart rate was normal,  and I'm def hurting but doctor says baby and I are going to be ok.  I'm still worried,  I'm going to call my OB in the morning to follow up,  but I'm so scared to lose this baby😖
