Anyone in the projected path of the storm? I'm in VA, and we're Iooking okay for now. My mom lives in the Outer Banks and with the recent turn in forcast, she could have to evacuate. I'm admittedly a huge weather geek and find severe weather fascinating. This one looks like it could be bad. I hope everyone stays safe!

    I'm in SC, but not on the coast. Most schools have cancelled classes this week and I believe people on the coast are being evacuated. Right now, I think our worst-case scenario is that we'll lose power for a few days. If it gets bad, we'll head northwest.
