Daddy here.. My 3 months has Eczema on her skin. Any remedies?

My lill princess had reddish skin and rashes all over especially in between her arms and leg joints for almost two weeks. Wife did give her some special bath and lotion but it's still lingering. We are taking her to the pediatrician but I'm just a little worried as a daddy.
